Shipping and delivery policy

We currently ship to most of Africa, America, Europe and Asia.

Please note: It may take up to 21 working days for your delivery to be made.

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of East Africa may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.

We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

UGX 3,000 for standard orders. Up to 3 days, however orders typically take 1 day to arrive

UGX 8,000 for standard orders. Up to 5 days, however orders typically take 3 days to arrive

International Delivery - Rest of Africa

$5.95 for standard orders. Up to 7 days, however orders typically take 5 days to arrive

$9.95 for standard orders. Up to 21 days, however orders typically take 14 days to arrive
