Returns

Here at Biggi Herbal & Nutrition, it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return items. Below is an outline of our returns policy.

XXX Day Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within XXX days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address (below). Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item.

Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.

Returning An Item

To return an item, please package in its original wrapping (if possible) and provide a note outlining your name, order number and reason for returning.

We offer a couple of options on how to return an item:

1. We pick the item up from you using our courier partners, or
2. you drop it off at one of our drop-off locations/clinics below.

You will need your order number which is the XXX digit number sent out on your order dispatch email or SMS. (If you have any trouble finding this, do give us a call and we can happily find it for you).

Once orders are returned, we aim to process them within 72 hours and (if required) notify you by mail or telephone when we have processed your refund and ship any replacements out as soon as possible.
